I am currently a Customer Success Manager working with Laboremus Uganda. I started my journey as a software developer mentee at Refactory Academy 2020-2021 and joined Laboremus a year later as a Tech Support in 2021, fast forward to 2022 I was the Customer Success Lead and later Manager. I have spent the last years understanding the business and customer relationship dynamics and how they operate. Working hand in hand with the sales team, I have understood that a great sale comes from having great customer relationships.
