Trisha is a Technology and Startup Lawyer. She currently holds two roles.

The first role is in legal practice.

Trisha is an Associate Lawyer with TECH x LEGAL Law Firm in Estonia. TECH x LEGAL is a specialized firm in Tallinn that gives legal support to technology companies and startups. Here, she works with developers and clients in video game development, igaming, fintech, SaaS, virtual reality tech, electric vehicle tech, carbon credit tokenization, artificial intelligence, LIDAR tech, ESG compliance, privacy, data protection, venture capital and crypto mining. She is passionate about building unicorns and enjoys practicing emerging technology law. Trisha has particular experience in ‘Web 3’ and ‘crypto’ law.

Her second role is in content creation.

Trisha is Founder and Chief Information Officer at Alkenova.

Alkenova is an online nanolearning platform. It teaches technical subjects in simplified videos that are under 2 minutes each. Trisha believes that technical language, like legal, is often difficult to understand. How can we make the right decisions if the language is not clear enough? She wishes to empower decision makers in technology, business, finance and regulation by giving them the right information in a simple manner. Trisha holds an LLB from Uganda Christian University and Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Law Development Center. She also holds a Masters in Information Technology Law from the University of Tartu where she serves as a Guest Lecturer. Trisha has various certifications in Technology Law and Legal Tech including Certifications in Decentralised Finance from Duke University. She has practiced in both common and civil law countries.
