Ivan is a Computer Engineer by training, an Innovation and Diplomacy Specialist, and a passionate Pan-Africanist who exemplifies the transformative potential of fusing technology, governance, and public policy, for qualitative transformation of economies. For over seven years, Ivan has gained valuable project management insights from various perspectives including government, development partners, and the private sector. Ivan’s core technical skills encompass Strategic Innovation & Partnership Management, Diplomatic Administration and Communication, Multi-stakeholder Management, as well as Technology & Business Development. He currently serves as the Apprenticeship Lead at Refactory Academy.
